The world has lost one of the greats. I am saying this as a personal point of view with no intention to offend anyone that includes the living, the dead and the neither here nor there.
So the GREAT ANTICIPATION of the next Gen of Iphone has been hitting the net for the past few months. Reports of phone left in bar again, a curve design etc etc. Everyone was giving their wildest imagination at what APPLE can change their daily lives. Lets get this straight, i am nt against Apple product in anyway. I am using some of them and THEY ARE AMAZING.... I used to be skeptical about Apple products, (okay, i cant afford!) But i still remember my FIRST ipod shuffle given by my sis, shaped like a chewing gum. It was like coolest gadget a kid can have. So yeah. It served its purpose.
Back in the days, lets be frank...We Malaysian's are still comfortable with Windows and the thought of using MacBook was like _____________ so yeah, you get the part. But for the last 4-5 years, i would say Apple has been a revelation. Everyone whois anyone needs to own an Apple product, whether its the Ipod, Itouch,Iphone...u name it. Till a point, moral values of teens were gone. They are willing to sell their body to own an Ipad/Iphone. Literally their organs and sex as well. It became an Icon. an I-must-have-in-order-to-look-cool. It sort of bcame the social status between owning a Nokia and being compared to Iphone.
Steve Jobs has definitely made everyone remember His name. His legacy. His face. His everything and anything. What surprised me was a few days back, when Iphone 4s was released, the nets was saying it was a total let down. Nothing worth except for SIRI and 8mp camera? and dual whatever. (me ain't someone to trust in regards to IT and Car) Its like Apple had to release it. its like they know Steve Job time is near. i find it hard to believe that right after the launch, he passed away. Was he on life support and his very last breath was to wait for the release? We dont know. I dont know. The world is sadden by the lost of someone who has drastically change their everyday routine. He made Angry Bird possible. He made us stayed connected all the time. No dinner is normal without some guy whipping out their iphone and playing games or whatsapp-ing.
