WIT INK Creative - Training Day [Part 1]

WIT Ink Creative had a training day on Fri, all of us made plans to have breakfast before the training at McDonald's but due to the lack of communication (which later in that day we learned in training). Everyone ended up having breakfast at the mamak behind the training centre while there were a pair of ahemz... lovebirds colleagues by the name of Douglas and Grace ended up at McD.

At the start i had to SING. Imagine Galvin singing? seriously? Had to sing a birthday song and was nominated. FREAKING KIDDING ME.

Had to serenade to Evonne alone

This exercise is to test the Energy level if you are doing it alone or in a group. and obviously in a team the energy level is high but its how synchronize we are and the level of voice in order to have an optimum energy level.

Dividing team

Teams had to make a 6 x 9 ft box the fastest

My team - 10 BUCKS (Ray,Sara, MannLing,Yokky,Hanz,Stanley,Jasmine,Hafiz,Rom) had to compete against Team Viagra (Vinod,Douglas, Alexis,Phin2,Jefferey,Sharon,Vickie,Grace,Wan and Evonne).

Their team completed the boxes 1st bt they made it 7 x 9 which ultimately the win was awarded to us. Both teams was nt accurate in the 1ft per box. Where in this exercise we learn if "is it better to be fast and nt accurate or slow and accurate"

Team 10 bucks lost RM 130 for the challenge of getting the whole team from 1 end of the box to the other end. We lost by 1 step. It was a fun game where we cant talk but just by using hands and pointing at the boxes. Surprisingly, i can remember the boxes quite well. Ahh...we could have won by miles :(

All in all its quite a refreshing dun day as compared to our daily mundane weekdays.
